health is also benefited. It is very important to also strenghthen the
heart. Good results can be obtained with simple exercises, for example
climbing stairs, and fast walking or running at least 2 or 3 times a week.

Stress examinations.
In case you are feeling tired or unwell during exercise stop immediatly and

Carbohydrates
Bread and pasta is the base for a good sport diet as they provide the
necessary energy for medium/long exercise. Necessary for aerobic training. |
Gradual Training in Moderation
It is important to train step by step and avoid over
exertion. |
Proteins
Meat, eggs, and milk are rich in protein, in particular they are beneficial
for muscle strength. Proteins are the necessary support for weight training.

Fats
Olive oil, and dry fruit and nuts should be favoured over butter and other
