The Heart Inhalation and stretching

In order to obtain not only physical strength your personal health is also benefited. It is very important to also strenghthen the heart.  Good results can be obtained with simple exercises, for example climbing stairs, and fast walking or running at least 2 or 3 times a week. Before and after a training session it is very important to stretch.

Medical visit
It is necessary to take a
n accurate medical visit that includes Electro Cardiogram, Under Stress examinations.  In case you are feeling tired or unwell during exercise stop immediatly and consult a doctor.
Carbohydrates
Bread and pasta is the base for a good sport diet as they provide the necessary energy for medium/long exercise. Necessary for aerobic training.
Gradual Training in Moderation
It is important to train step by step and avoid over exertion.  
Proteins
Meat, eggs, and milk are rich in protein, in particular they are beneficial for muscle strength. Proteins are the necessary support for weight training.
Best to train in pairs
Training in pairs is safer and is more enjoyable.
Fats
Olive oil, and dry fruit and nuts should be favoured over butter and other foods containing saturated fats.  These types of foods are high in calories and help to sustain energy for long aerobic training sessions.
Times
Allow time for results to show.
Liquids
2 litres of water is essential to keep bodily fluids at their normal level.
