| The intensity of strain is a
very important component in order to achieve good results. However
conintual strain is no longer benficial for your body. You must always
keep in mind that results are not instant, and that when training you should
always train 60-80% of your capabilities.

Heart rate frequency is
a basic tool to measure the intensity of our training. Always remember to
train within the 60-80% of your capabilities, this ensures that your your
heart rate is not overly stressed. In order to calculate your maximum heart
rate, you must subtract your age from 220, for example a man who is 40 years
will subtract 40-220 = 180. In order to exercise safely he will have to
train within the 80% of 180 (180 is the calculated maximum heart rate) =
144. Naturally you must be aware that in order to achieve good results there
is also a minimum heart rate which is considered to be around 60% of the
maximum heart rate, for example a man who is 40 years old will calculate his
minimum heart rate by 180(max heart rate) x 60% = 108. Therefore 108 is his
minimum hear rate.
